Jamie has amazing hands and he seems to feel all my tension in my muscles I have had problems with my back for 40 odd years with the help of Pilates and Jamie’s maintenance I feel the best I ever have I can not recommend him enough thankyou so much 👍😀

Caroline and Jamie are absolutely amazing. After a decade of problems with my lower back, I am now in 'maintenance mode' and it is not causing my the issues it used to. Seeing both Caroline and Jamie on a monthly basis keeps me on my feet without the pain I used to have. I would highly recommend both of them, I really enjoy each and every appointment :)

I am so pleased that I chose to see Caroline at Evolv Health. I'd been having issues with my shoulder for a while, but kept doing the bloke thing and ignoring it. Caroline genuinely loves her work and it really shows. She's also friendly, chatty and really easy to get along with, which is fantastic when she's kneading your back with an elbow, or pressing her thumbs into tight shoulder muscles. I have so much more freedom of movement and a lot less pain now and that is all down to her treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been very impressed with the care I have received from both Caroline for chiropractic and Jamie for sports massage. My hip pain has almost disappeared in a just a few treatments, between them they have changed my life! Their aim is to get people well as soon as possible and it has been worth every penny. I saw Caroline today as my shoulder has been painful for quite some time and it was starting to impact my gym/tennis sessions a lot. Having never been to a Chiropractor before Caroline put me at ease and explained everything very clearly. I understand what the plan is and I have some exercises to do in between sessions to help. Although this was the first session my shoulder feels a little looser already and I'm confident I'm on the road to having full mobility back!
